Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days and must be in the original packaging and resaleable. Cut yardage, patterns and books can not be returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Packing error or damaged goods: Please return to Country Charm Quilt Shop as soon as possible. We will credit your account for the return shipping cost and replace the damaged item/items with no additional shipping charge. Minimum fabric cut is 1/2 yard.
Payment: We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you don't wish to use your credit card online, you may call Country Charm Quilt Shop at (229-238-2488) during our regular business hours. If you wish to pay with check, your order will be shipped as soon as your check clears the bank. All NSF checks are subject to a $25.00 returned check fee.
Shipping: Our goal is to ship within 24 hours after receipt of your order. Shipping costs vary widely depending on the weight and shipping method.
Note: Shipping charges are estimates for Domestic shipping. International rates will be calculated according to address. Actual shipping charges are based on weight,zone and insurance value.A receipt will accompany your package showing actual shipping charges.

We will do the best we can to keep your shipping costs the lowest and the arrival time the fastest. We use the most economical means feasible of shipping unless requested otherwise. If you prefer a specific method, please state your desire on your order under comment. Insurance will automatically be added to purchases over $50.00. We do not charge a handling fee. We try to use the $4.60 flat rate envelope or the $8.95 flat rate box whenever possible. Otherwise, it is the cost to mail based on the weight and zip cope. The actual cost of shipping will be added to your receipt when your credit card is charged. If paying by check, please be sure to wait for the correct amount before mailing payment.
